The All Africans Indie Film Festival returns for its 3rd Edition, celebrating young African filmmakers whose work reflects the realities, innovations, and aspirations driving the continent forward.
We are calling for bold, original, and impactful short films that explore how African communities are confronting challenges and building solutions that matter—through the lens of the SDGs and Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want.

We seek stories that reflect the aspirations of the African Union Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want—a prosperous, integrated, and peaceful continent.
Eligibility
Who can participate?
18–30 Years Old
Open to young African filmmakers.
Based in Africa
Must be African and producing films within the continent.
Max 15 Minutes
Short films only, runtime of 15 minutes or less.
Accepted Genres

Story Requirements
What your film must include.
A Pathway to Change
A solution, lived experience, innovation, or realistic pathway aligned with the SDGs or Agenda 2063.
Mandatory Final Frame
All films must end with an on‑screen frame showing the relevant SDG(s) / Agenda 2063 aspiration(s) and a 25–50 word explanation of the development goal addressed.
